The licensed store from the globally recognized coffee chain is being brought to Adair Park by locally owned businesses, Lone Peak Capital Group LLC and Cup of Joe Holdings LLC. Lone Peak, a private investments firm, is a licensee for Starbucks and was founded by Atlanta residents Ana Kolar, Brian Simmons, and Kyle Tomlin.

While there is no word yet on the exact address, the coffee shop is set to open in late Spring 2022. Simmons and his companies also opened a Starbucks coffee shop in Adair Park’s sister development Market District Crabapple in the heart of Crabapple.

“This is the perfect solution to merge a trusted national brand with local ownership and operation,” an official announcement read.

The design for the new coffee shop is still being finalized, but it is expected to include the latest fresh ideas and concepts offered by Starbucks. Similar to the Crabapple location, an emphasis on warmth and comfort using brick and wood elements will be brought to the downtown Woodstock coffee shop.
