Star Metals, a forthcoming five-acre development spanning both sides of Howell Mill Road at 11th Street, has partnered with SRS Real Estate Partners for its retail and restaurant leasing, according to a press release Monday.
Developed by The Allen Morris Company, the mixed-use development will include 185,000 square feet of Class-A office space, 409 luxury residential units and 48,000 square feet of retail.
Leading the retail and restaurant leasing efforts are Adrienne Crawford, Lily H. Heimburger, and Allie Spangler of SRS, whose experience includes Krog Street Market, Gateway at Sandy Springs and currently The Collective at Coda with Portman Holdings.
Prospective categories include a specialty market, boutique retailers, fitness studios, coffee bar, upscale restaurants, and entertainment.
A 5,000-square-foot rooftop restaurant space with a terrace will off views of Buckhead, Midtown, and Downtown.

Designed by design architect Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture, Dwell Design Studio, and Warner Summers Architecture firm, with interiors by Square Feet Studio, both buildings will offer an array of contemporary amenities “while honoring the historical composition and materials of the old rail yards for which West Midtown is known.”
Star Metals is slated for delivery in May 2020.
