The concept is from chef, author and restaurateur Hugh Acheson and “coffee expert” Dale Donchey.
The first Spiller Park Coffee is situated in Ponce City Market.
The Toco Hills location offers a new menu not seen in the Old Fourth Ward shop, according to a press release Monday.
Under Donchey’s direction, the coffee menu will rotate based on availability and seasonality.
The beverage menu will feature Espresso, Americano, Macchiato, Cappuccino, Piccolo and Lattes, with additional beverages available including Hot Chocolate, Coconut Sipper, a variety of hot and iced teas, and more.
Designed by Acheson, the opening food menu will focus largely on toasts, including Nut Butter, Cinn-n-Sug, Nutter Apple, Jam-n-Lil Moo, Tomato & O’naise, Avocado, and Fruit, Moo ‘n Honey.
The 28-seat, 1,100-square-foot Spiller Park Coffee is open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
