Construction on new restaurant at lobby level of One Capital City Plaza set for Monday.
Construction on South City Kitchen Buckhead should begin June 22.
Demolition is expected to kick-off at 6 p.m. Monday on the lobby level of One Capital City Place, at 3350 Peachtree Road, for the new restaurant, according to an email sent to tenants Friday from the property’s facilities manager Mike Hall.
“Due to the increased noise associated with demolition, they will only be conducting all noisy work after-hours and on weekends for the next couple of weeks,” Hall said in the email.
South City Kitchen Buckhead should open early 2016.
The restaurant specializing in southern cuisine is Atlanta-based Fifth Group Restaurants‘ longest-running concept.
