Most notably, New York-based fitness company SoulCycle will open its first Atlanta location at Shops Around Lenox in late April and a new healthy food concept called Flower Child will open June 13.
Retail consultant Tisha Maley and JLL were retained to update and manage the new tenant lineup.
“Through a deliberate approach, Maley is curating the collection to include leading contemporary brands, independent boutiques, and artisan restaurants,” a Shops Around Lenox spokesperson told What Now Atlanta in an email.
Home retailer West Elm will open a new location in the Buckhead shopping center this summer and Fab’rik is now expanding its store at the Shops Around Lenox.
“The destination offers a unique experience for shoppers, a neighborhood-feel within a regional shopping interchange,” Maley said in a prepared statement.
“We have been able to attract many first-to-market retailers and some of the hottest concepts in the country, appealing to both out-of-town visitors and the Buckhead consumer that wants a place where they can walk for healthy food, fitness studios, home goods and great fashion.”
Since receiving a major renovation following the 2009 recession, the boutique property has secured leased with 15 nationally-recognized retailers and restaurants including Crate & Barrel, Paper Source, Lululemon, Suit Supply and Seven Lamps.
Draper James opened its first Atlanta store at the center in November 2017, Blo Blow Dry Bar opened its first Atlanta store in late 2016, and Kendra Scott opened its first Atlanta store in April 2014.
