A new restaurant could be headed to Loganville.
A building permit application with Gwinnett County indicates that a soul food restaurant is planned for 3895 Loganville Highway. The restaurant will be about 1,000 square feet, according to the application. The site is where Loganville Highway meets Brand Road, northeast from Atlanta.
Ownership for the restaurant could not immediately be reached for more information about the concept, but it appears to be from an entity called Loganville Soul LLLP, which was created in August 2023, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.
