Snap Thai & Lobster Bar is set to open in Atlanta’s Prominence mixed-use (formerly Modera Prominence) development in early 2023.
The restaurant, co-owned by Kanjanarat Lawlertratana, will occupy 4,619 square feet and seat 96 customers, according to a liquor license application filed by Lawlertratana for the restaurant under the company Monarch Crown LLC. Thongchon Adjanasuknart is the LLC’s registered agent.
Lawlertratana confirmed the news in a brief telephone conversation with What Now Atlanta Tuesday but did not repsond to a request for comment and a rep for the company said in an email “we are still getting ready to go public with the restaurant’s details.”
Located at 3699 Lenox Rd NE Suite 5, Snap Thai & Lobster Bar will be part of the Prominence development, which was developed by Mill Creek Residential as Modera Prominence and sold in December 2021. The development features 319 apartment homes and 21,000 square feet of retail space.
Residents of Prominence have access to a range of amenities, including a fitness center with yoga and spin studios, an outdoor pool with cabanas, a sky lounge with social areas and coworking space, and a bike lounge with loaner bikes. Apartment interiors feature high ceilings, wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, and in-home stackable washers and dryers. Some units also have private patios or balconies and upgraded fixtures.
It is not yet clear what menu items Snap Thai & Lobster Bar will offer, but with its focus on Thai cuisine and lobster, customers can expect a range of flavorful and seafood-centric dishes. Atlanta foodies will have to wait until early 2023 to try the restaurant’s offerings for themselves.
