Smallcakes, a cupcake and ice cream shop franchise, is coming soon to The Avenue East Cobb.
Plans this month were filed with Cobb County to build out the new Smallcakes in the Marietta shopping center, at 4475 Roswell Road.
The “cupcakery and creamery” will occupy suite 1550, joining restaurants like the recently-opened Beni’s Cubano, Kale Me Crazy, and Menchie’s.
Demolition of the space is now underway.
Grant Prata, owner and founder of Steel City Consulting, is the location’s franchisee.
The concept bakes and frosts its cupcake creations daily from scratch, offering flavors like Pink Vanilla and Lemon Drop. Ice Cream options include Salted Caramel Crunch and Blue Monster Cookie.
The shop has over 100 locations nationwide and growing.
