The under-construction condo tower, at 788 West Marietta Street, is adding a new floor every seven days, according to a press release this week.

When Seven88 is fully erect, it will be the tallest tower on that side of town at 22 stories tall.

Pending any weather delays, the building is expected to top out in mid-February, 2020.

“Seven88 West Midtown is the only new high-rise glass and concrete condominium tower under construction in Atlanta, and homebuyers who purchase now get the value of early pricing,” David Tufts, president of Ansley Developer Services, said in the release.

“Residents are buying into West Midtown and all of the growth that is happening in the area – new commercial, retail and restaurants. We all know that the west side is the best side!”

Upon completion, the glass and concrete residential high-rise will feature 279 residences and penthouses priced from the mid-$300,000s to $1 million+.

Amenities include a deck with an outdoor dining space, saltwater swimming pool, whirlpool spa, clubroom with demonstration kitchen, billiards, a lounge, and a fitness and yoga facility.

There will also be controlled access parking, bike storage, a dog spa, and a concierge.

In addition, Seven88 West Midtown will feature 9,000-square-feet of ground-level, retail, restaurant and entertainment space.

The building is expected to welcome its first residents in October 2020.

  1. Hey Caleb…last time I checked, Atlantic Station is in West Midtown and The Atlantic will still be the tallest residential building on this side of town with 47 stories. And 361 17th St where the Twelve Hotel is located is still taller that 788 West Midtown with 24 floors. So perhaps it’s the tallest tower outside of Atlantic Station in West Midtown, but even that may not be true because another high rise is nearing completion that may be at least 22 stories. Please correct your reporting.
