Selig Development and the Rockefeller Group have partnered on a joint venture on 40 West 12th, a planned 64-unit condominium tower, according to a press release this week. The venture will be part of 1105 West Peachtree, an under-construction $530 million mixed-use development in Midtown.

The deal between the real estate firm and the developer has been in the works since last year.

“We are full speed ahead on 40 West 12th,” Steve Baile, chief operating and development officer of Selig Development, said in the release. “It’s been rewarding to watch this project transform from rendering to reality.”

The units within 40 West 12th, priced from $800,000 to $2.2 million, will feature 24-hour concierge service, a resort-style pool, and the Epicurean’s outdoor pool and bar along with its food and beverage menu. Engel & Völkers Atlanta will oversee sales for the project.

The project, in its entirety, will also feature The Epicurean Atlanta, a 178-key Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, and 25,000-square-feet of street-engaging retail. The project will open in 2021.

40 West 12th’s on-site presentation gallery is opening for appointments later this month. The condominium tower is scheduled to top out on the 19th floor in early August and first move-ins to the community will occur in the third quarter of 2021.
