Scotch and Soda Eyeing Lenox Square Mall For First Georgia Storefront

In 2013 the Dutch fashion retailer filed plans for a Shops Around Lenox location but never opened in the center.

Scotch and Soda later this year could open its first Georgia boutique.

The Dutch fashion retailer last week filed plans with the City of Atlanta for a 1,503-square-foot storefront in Lenox Square Mall.

Scotch and Soda would be situated in suite 3090 B and the Buckhead build out could cost $250,000, according to the plans.

“Lenox Square management is unable to share information on businesses rumored to be joining the center,” a spokesperson for the Simon mall in an email late last week told What Now Atlanta.

“As leases are confirmed, we will share updates.”

This wouldn’t be the first time the retailer filed a permit application in Atlanta without actually building a new store.

In 2013 the retailer submitted plans for a location in the nearby Shops Around Lenox.

Those plans never came to fruition.
