Anish Nair and Paul Nair, the team behind Savi Provisions, a local market with four Atlanta-area locations, Wednesday purchased the restaurant space to open Jai Ho Indian Kitchen & Bar, Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, Inc. told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in an email.

“Closed and done,” Josovitz Wednesday said including a link to the sale on the real estate broker’s website. Josovitz and The Shumacher Group represented the seller in the transaction.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

Jai Ho, at 560 Dutch Valley Road NE, would be “an upscale casual hip and cool Indian Fusion restaurant,” according to the sale announcement.

Aside from a website that is being built-out for Jai Ho, details around the forthcoming concept are scarce.

Madre + Mason, a Latin American–Southern fusion restaurant, was open for the last time January 27, co-owner Calavino Donati in a text message told WNA.

Donati, along with business partner and wife Doria Roberts, reportedly sold Madre + Mason to purchase the building housing Urban Cannibals, the couple’s Midtown concept, which temporarily shuttered late-last year.
