Savi Provisions has snagged a 5,000 square-foot space in the Cortland at the Hill apartment complex, at 1160 Johnson Ferry Rd NE, according to leasing intel obtained by What Now Atlanta. A real estate insider connected to the deal confirmed the plans with What Now Atlanta.

Already opened in six different locations around the Atlanta area, and with many additional locations opening soon, Savi Provisions specializes in gourmet foods and fine wines, in a “generous environment to sample and celebrate.” According to its website, Savi Provisions is “an integral part of the neighborhoods we serve, an advocate for local sourcing and an enthusiast for the nostalgic purveyor of once-forgotten generations.”

Savi Provisions founder, Paul Nair wanted to create a space that mimicked the classic New York City deli. “These were places where people shopped, congregated, developed relationships with one another, and ate.”

It’s unclear when the new Savi Provisions is set to open, but the tenant, operated by a yet-to-be-announced franchisee, is set to take the retail space in October, according to our intel.
