Roswell’s upscale gastropub opening second location.
Restaurateurs Hicham Azhari and Fikret Kovac of F&H Food Trading Group and culinary director Bob McDonough in a press release Thursday announced their fourth venture together — The Salt Factory Pub — will open a second location in historic downtown Alpharetta on Monday, November 4.
It was first announced in Dec. 2012 that the restaurant was coming to Alpharetta.
Alpharetta’s Salt Factory, at 102 South Main Street, will have a dark wooded interior with leather banquettes and chairs, and a large patio featuring a bocce ball court and al fresco seating.
The 2,400-square-foot Alpharetta location will also offer an oyster bar and selection of twenty-four draft beers as well as a varied scotch and bourbon collection, and will serve lunch and dinner daily.
F&H Food Trading Group’s collection of restaurants currently reside on Canton Street in historic downtown Roswell, Ga., and include recently opened Opulent, New York butcher-influenced Little Alley Steak and the original Salt Factory Pub.
