Salata Peachtree Center is slated to grand open Thursday, June 28 following a week or so of its quiet, soft opening.
For franchise partner Henry Investment Group, Salata Peachtree Center is the fifth of 20 locations of the quick-service salad restaurant projected to open in the Greater Atlanta area.
“A gluten-free certified group of restaurants with over 75 locations, Salata not only encourages but guides patrons toward body wellness through nutrient-rich foods,” according to a press release Monday.
Guests are able to choose from an array of lettuces, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, seeds, nuts, chicken, seafood and vegan proteins.
All dressings, soups, and sauces are house-made.
During Thursday’s grand opening, 25 percent of the day’s sales will be donated to Hands On Atlanta.
“Guests are welcomed to join us for photo booth fun, charitable giving, and a huge raffle,” according to the release.
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Steel City Pops will be on-site to offer complimentary popsicles to the first 100 guests; everyone in attendance will be gifted Salata swag with any purchase.
One guest will win free Salata for a year, and one other will win a Fitbit Alta.
Five guests will win free Salata for a month, two guests will win $50 gift cards, and four guests will win $25 gift cards.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with regular business hours to follow.
The Downtown Atlanta eatery will be open Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
