Sacred Thread offers seven different variations of yoga classes, from “Sacred Sweat” and “Mindful Hot” classes to “Yin + Restore” and “Yin + Flow” classes. The studio also offers a yoga retreat to Playa Grande, Costa Rica, and a 200-hour yoga teacher certification course.

Owner Annelise Lonidier confirmed with What Now Atlanta that the yoga studio had filed for permits at the new location, but said she’d be low on details about the new space until the permits are approved.

Yogis everywhere have been lamenting the loss of community hot yoga classes since the COVID-19 pandemic struck last year, and as long as the country keeps getting vaccinated, it looks like we’ll soon be able to sweat freely in downward dog again. Sacred Thread Yoga eases tensions not only through restorative stretching, but also by offering separate classes specifically for full vaccinated customers.

We should know more details about the new space in a couple of weeks, but for now, rest assured that once you’re ready to return to your hot yoga routine, Sacred Thread should have you covered.
