The Hampton Social is coming to the 36-acre mixed-use project, marking its first Georgia location.

It will take 10,455 square feet at the development, stretching across two floors with indoor and outdoor dining that overlooks the event plaza.

It’s expected to open in 2024 in the first phase of High Street.

The Hampton Social is a concept from Chicago-based Parker Hospitality that currently has eight locations in Illinois, Florida and Tennessee. It serves handcrafted cocktails, a “rosé all day” menu, and seasonal coastal fare for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Menu highlights include a seafood tower, lobster roll and bang bang chicken.

“I’m so excited for The Hampton Social to join the Atlanta dining scene,” Brad Parker, CEO and founder of Parker Hospitality, said in a press release. “Atlanta is an incredible food city and I’ve been eyeing it for almost three years now. With the development of High Street, I knew this location would be the perfect opportunity to bring our style of cuisine to the Georgia community.”

GID Development Group is the developer of High Street, located near the Dunwoody MARTA station at the intersection of Perimeter Center Parkway and Hammond Drive. Its first phase is under construction and includes 150,000 square feet of entertainment-driven retail and restaurant space, a central events plaza, 600 luxury apartments, 90,000 square feet of loft office and 222,000 square feet of existing office.

Earlier this year, mini golf concept Puttshack was announced as the project’s entertainment anchor.
