A project for single-family homes, “Ronara,” which will redefine luxury living in downtown Alpharetta as per the developers, has been announced. A joint venture of Monte Hewett and Kingdom Estates, Ronara features luxurious single-family detached homes and will cover a total of 1.61 acres.

Ronara to Offer Luxury, Privacy and Convenience
The project consists of 11 homesites, the prices for which will start from $2 Million. Ronara’s homes will have upscale appointments and private side courtyards. It ensures the solitude of home, as it offers enhanced privacy and outdoor living.
Ronara is located at 236-244 N. Main Street in Alpharetta. Being located along North Main Street will give residents of the homes easy access to various shopping, dining, and entertainment options at walking distance.
Ronara’s development has already been completed, streets have been paved, as per the official announcement. Vertical construction, which is the next step, is expected to begin as soon as March 2025.
The homes will have a “perfect balance of privacy, style, and convenience,” according to Monte Hewett, president of Monte Hewett Homes. He and Liel Manoah of Kingdom Estates jointly announced the project. The project offers “thoughtfully designed homes and unparalleled access to nearby destinations,” he said. The community’s promise is that of a new standard of living in the heart of Alpharetta, he added.
Monte Hewett has made its mark on Atlanta with various mixed-use projects and general contractor projects in high-profile area communities. Interlock townhouses at West Midtown, Findley Row single-level flats at Alpharetta, The Harman East Atlanta townhomes are some of its new communities. The Cottages at Keeler Woods in Marietta, Madison Yards in Reynoldstown-Atlanta, and St. Andrews, Buckhead-Atlanta are among the successful projects of the firm.
Kingdom Estates focuses on constructing elegant, cost-conscious homes. RYM at Marietta Blvd, Serenity at Roswell and Wills Park, Alpharetta, are among the firms projects in the Metro Atlanta area.
