A coworking concept is growing one of its spaces in Atlanta.
Roam is expanding with an additional 32,000 square feet of space at its location in 3365 Piedmont Road NE.
The new space will feature 112 private offices and seven enterprise suites, providing “Roam members and the Buckhead business community with an extensive range of private offices and office suites designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes,” according to an announcement.
“This expansion provides an incredible opportunity for Roam to continue supporting the Buckhead community with high-quality workspaces in an environment that prioritizes productivity, connection, inspiration and hospitality,” Roam CEO Peyton Day said in a statement. “We’re grateful to our partners at Lincoln Property Company for their collaboration and look forward to empowering entrepreneurs and businesses alike to thrive in our spaces.”
Founded in 2008 in Alpharetta, Roam offers short-term office rentals, meeting spaces and collaborative coworking environments. It has grown to multiple workplaces across metro Atlanta and one in Dallas, Texas. A location is planned for Peachtree Corners.
Along with the expansion of the Piedmont Road location, the company is implementing a new naming structure of their two Buckhead properties for more clarity and simplified navigation. Beginning Jan. 2, 2025, Roam Lenox on Peachtree Road will become Roam Buckhead – Peachtree, and Roam Buckhead on Piedmont Road will become Roam Buckhead – Piedmont.
