Poncey-Highland’s Rize Artisan Pizza Thursday closed its doors after only nine months in business, according to signage posted at the restaurant.

675 N. Highland, the apartment complex where Rize was situated, is wasting no time re-marketing the 3,600-square-foot space.

“For lease” signage over the weekend was posted to the restaurant’s front and side entrances.

The pizzeria, a fast-casual eatery that serves up pasta, salads, sandwiches, flat breads, pies, and gelato, has a location in Sandy Springs and a Dunwoody outpost is planned.

Attempts by What Now Atlanta to reach many of the restaurant’s executives for comment were unsuccessful. A replacement for the space has not been announced.

675 N. Highland, a 125-apartment-unit project with 12,500 square feet of restaurant and retail space, is home to CO and Trashy Divas.
