The Hanukkah will begin at sundown on December 25 and end at sundown on January 2. Rina will be posting 8 separate promotions on each of the days from December 24 to January 1.

The Main Attractions of Rina During Hanukkah
Rina is brought to Atlanta by Oliva Restaurants. The place has beach vibes of Tel Aviv, with the backdrop of upbeat Middle Eastern music and the aroma of falafel and sizzling skewers. The Israeli hospitality traditions welcome guests here. The word ‘Rina’ means ‘Happy’ in Hebrew. The atmosphere of this place is intended to make its people feel exactly that.
The restaurant puts a unique twist on the traditional street food of Israel. Recipes, including the one of the falafel, have been handed down through generations of the owner’s family. Some of the dishes were first served at Rina’s own falafel stand back in Israel in the 1950s. The menu at Rina offers a variety of Israeli dishes. From varieties of Hummus, Pita/Bowl, Grilled items, plates and Desserts.
Rina is located at 2 places in Atlanta, one in Beltline/Old Fourth Ward and the second at Avalon.
The timings for the restaurants are 11 AM to 9 PM, Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, they will be open from 11 AM to 10 PM.
How will Atlanta Celebrate Hannukah?
On the auspicious occasion of Hanukkah, Atlanta is all set to celebrate and honor the Jewish Tradition in full glam. Jewish people from across Atlanta will come together to light the Menorah and take part in other festivities. Some events are being organized by various groups and organizations.
The “Festival of Lights” in Atlanta will be commemorated with various Menorah lighting across the city. Lightings will be held at 6 PM on December 26 at the Yard of Ponce City Market by Chabad Intown. A Chinese Dinner following the Virginia Highland menorah lighting will be held by Chabad Intown on December 25.
The Menorah lighting at Decatur Square and Avenue East Cobb will be at 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM on December 29, respectively. Lighting ceremonies and other festivities celebrating Hanukkah will be held at Kennesaw, Avalon, and Atlantic Station on December 26, December 29, and December 30, respectively. The events will be an evening filled with music and activities for children. Of course, there will be food and drinks that are served as well.
The Children’s Museum of Atlanta will be conducting a joint celebration of Hanukkah and Christmas on December 25. A special Michael Levine that will be held at 11 Am will educate the children about the Jewish Tradition of Hanukkah.
Jewish people celebrate Hanukkah to commemorate the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem in the 2nd century BC. The celebration will happen in Atlanta in the spirit of the rich and long tradition of the Judaic faith.
