A new apartment community in Douglasville is now open.
Resia, a housing platform that develops, builds and manages multifamily communities across the U.S., has announces the opening of Resia Tributary. The 433-unit complex spans across several five-story buildings.
Located at 1851 Market Street, Resia Tributary includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The community also features The Square, an outdoor area that will host events throughout the year, and a two-story, 22,000-square-foot commercial building with 13,000 square feet of retail space that includes Twisted Pye Kitchen and Just Love Coffee Café.
The units include stainless-steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and modern cabinetry and vinyl plank flooring. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center and a swimming pool.
“Resia Tributary is our first community in Atlanta, and we are excited to bring quality housing to working professionals and families in the area,” Resia President and CEO Ernesto Lopes said.
The community is near Arbor Place Mall and Douglasville Marketplace, as well as several parks, including the Douglas County Dog Park and the Douglasville City Park. The community is also located near the Silver Comet Trail.
