The under-construction Old Fourth Ward homes will be four-stories tall and complete with elevators, with prices starting at $1.2 million.

Thrive Homes, the developer behind the recently-announced Ironside in East Atlanta Village, plans to deliver Residences at Studioplex this summer.

“The Residences at Studioplex is a rare opportunity to own luxurious, well designed and spacious, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathrooms, elevator-serviced townhomes directly atop specialized retail and restaurants in the most exciting, walkable and bikeable area of Atlanta,” according to the community’s marketing materials.

“These 19 limited edition high-end homes offer a modern painted brick and limestone elements, with signature metal sunshades and walls of windows that flood each of the four levels with abundant natural light.”

Each unit will offer two interior fireplaces with European limestone mantels, custom kitchens with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a BeltLine-facing balcony, and a roof-top terrace with fireplace.

The homes, available in a 3,508-square-foot corner residence or a 3,057-square-foot interior, will also feature 10-foot ceilings on the main level, wide-plank custom flooring, handcrafted millwork, and a two-car garage.

Butter & Cream, Beetnix Juice Bar, 18:21 Bitters’ yet-to-be-named cocktail concept and a gastropub from the O4W Pizza crew will be situated below the residences.
