The project, now called Overture Lindbergh, would stand four stories tall and feature 190 units (and hopefully, Bingo) on over 2 acres by Greystar and Meeks Partners.

Overture Lindbergh is just one component of Lindbergh Park, which is planned to be anchored by a 82,000-square-foot Kroger Fresh Fare and feature detached single-family units and a three-acre “urban park.”

It is unclear if the triangular wedge of grass surrounded by two-lane roads – depicted in the second rendering – is intended to be a park or not.

Lindbergh Park is the second recent Fuqua development where the company revised initial plans of anchoring a complex by a Wal-Mart after community pushback.
