The office building is expected to come online mid-2021.

Construction will begin in February 2020, with delivery slated for May 2021.

“FCP and Greenstone Properties were drawn to this high-profile site for numerous reasons, including walkability to Avalon, the new Courtyard Marriott and EVEN hotels adjacent to the site, Starbucks and Firebirds Restaurant next door, to name a few,” Chris Scott, partner with Greenstone Properties, said in a press release.

Scott hopes that Kimball Place’s features such as a “people-centric lobby configured to inspire creativity and collaboration” and an outdoor lounge complete with a fire pit will allow “forward-thinking companies to recruit and retain the best and the brightest talent in the city.”

In addition to being equidistant from Alpharetta’s City Center and GA-400, Kimball Place will have close proximity to the new Alpha Loop multi-use trail system, a project connecting people to activity centers, parks and jobs as well as to Avalon.

The project architect is Wakefield Beasley/Nelson, and the general contractor is Brasfield & Gorrie
