FCP and Greenstone Properties are joining forces to develop Kimball Place at Parkway 400, a Class-A, six-story, 125,000 square-foot office building, set to go vertical soon in Alpharetta.
Construction will begin in February 2020, with delivery slated for May 2021.
“FCP and Greenstone Properties were drawn to this high-profile site for numerous reasons, including walkability to Avalon, the new Courtyard Marriott and EVEN hotels adjacent to the site, Starbucks and Firebirds Restaurant next door, to name a few,” Chris Scott, partner with Greenstone Properties, said in a press release.
Scott hopes that Kimball Place’s features such as a “people-centric lobby configured to inspire creativity and collaboration” and an outdoor lounge complete with a fire pit will allow “forward-thinking companies to recruit and retain the best and the brightest talent in the city.”
In addition to being equidistant from Alpharetta’s City Center and GA-400, Kimball Place will have close proximity to the new Alpha Loop multi-use trail system, a project connecting people to activity centers, parks and jobs as well as to Avalon.
The project architect is Wakefield Beasley/Nelson, and the general contractor is Brasfield & Gorrie.
