The announcement arrives on the heels of a permit application that was filed with the City of Atlanta this week, the first major step in moving the development forward.

400 Bishop’s seven-story build-out—complete with rooftop patios and balconies—will feature 130,000 square feet of creative-class loft office space and a variety of restaurants, retail and entertainment offerings.

“400 Bishop will provide an opportunity for forward-thinking companies seeking out an environment that offers their employees and customers ease-of-access, building functionality and endless social attractions both within the property and its surrounding neighborhood,” said Matt Widmaier, principal at Track West Partners in a statement.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
