The adaptive reuse project would house a food hall, office and entertainment space, and a rooftop patio, at the former site of animal feed mill Manna Pro, at 5466 New Peachtree Road.

When plans first surfaced for Red Rose Silos in September 2019, the development’s name and project specifics had not yet been disclosed.

Red Roses Silos will offer tenants “amazing interior warehouse spaces with barrel ceilings,
extremely high vaulted ceilings, and huge clear spans, and lots of character,” according to recently-surfaced marketing materials for the project.

Its rooftop deck would offer a “360-degree view” of all nearby neighborhoods and as far as Stone Mountain.
