Redmanz Restaurant is opening Downtown, Amy Wenk with the Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported.

The 3,000-square-foot soul food restaurant, at 320 Luckie Street, will replace the now shuttered Dugans.

Redmanz will open its Downtown location June 30, according to the ABC.

The restaurant will serve “American Southern cuisine with an urban, eclectic flair,” at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
