Current responsibilities

Based in Atlanta, Gary Woodward specializes in retail leasing in the Southeast. On behalf of shopping center owners and investors and retail clients, he is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize each properties and retailers' full potential. His vast experience in leasing has enabled him to develop and maintain strong retailer and landlord relationships at the national, regional, and local level.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL in 2008, Gary was a restaurant owner for 10 years and worked as a Southeast Territory Manager for U.S. Food Service in Atlanta. His responsibilities included overseeing the sales division, which included selling goods to local and national restaurants. Gary also provided consulting to local restaurateurs on marketing strategies, business plans and long-term business goals. Through his experience he has developed relationships with vendors, landlords and retailers, on a local, regional, and national level.
