The loaded baked potato concept will open late-April, early May in a corner space, at 1521 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd SW, owner Tonya Morris told What Now Atlanta in an email.

Morris ran a “test” location of My Potato Factory downtown on Mitchell Street in space where the restauranteur ran her catering business to “finish out her lease.”

“My intention was to test the concept,” Morris said.

After settling in Westview, Morris and her team plan on franchising My Potato Factory, opening ten stores over a five year period.

The menu consists of baked potato dishes “fully loaded” with “creative gourmet toppings” like the Tasty Curry Chicken (curry chicken and vegetables) and the Broccoli and Cheese.

Potatoes pilled high begin at a $4 price point (like the Original Breakfast Potato) and top off at $6.50 (Smoked Pulled BBQ Pork or Beef Brisket.)
