This is the project’s latest tenant following the most recent office space signing of medical management provider athenahealth.

“Cardlytics is an ideal complement to the growing roster of tenants at Ponce City Market,” Matt Bronfman, CEO of Jamestown, said in the release.

“The project was envisioned as a campus-like environment where innovative companies can enjoy authentic work spaces and a dynamic experience before, during and after work hours, and we look forward to welcoming Cardlytics into the fold.”

Cardlytics will occupy approximately 74,000-square-feet of Ponce City Market’s 441,000-square-feet of available office space.

Cardlytics is a private company headquartered in Atlanta, with more than 250 employees. The company uses its patented technology to help advertisers make a direct connection to buyers through the online and mobile banking channels.

The deal was led by Aileen Almassy and Lisa Dunavin of Cushman & Wakefield. Cardlytics was represented by Chris Carter and Gene Rice of Vantage Realty and David Laube of Noell Consulting Group.
