Seven Chan, one of the owners of Elite 100 Winner Poke Burri—another kiosk in the East Atlanta Village food hall—is behind the forthcoming ramen eatery.

“Just like with Poke, we plan to be the best,” Chan Saturday told What Now Atlanta in an email.

The restaurant will serve “traditional ramen bowls,” he said.

Eventually, the ramen joint will offer a “secret menu” that will include “our own twists like fried ramen bowls, bibimbop bowls, spam bowls, matzah ball soup bowls, etc.”

Lifting Noodles Ramen, at 477 Flat Shoals Avenue SE, is expected to open mid-January, 2018.

The ramen eatery joins Poke Burri, Revolution Gelato, Yen Kitchen, and Mike Does Pelmeni in We Suki Suki.
