A building permit application was filed with City of Atlanta Monday for the Mexican restaurant’s second location, at 675 Ponce de Leon Avenue.

The 3,000-square-foot space in the Old Fourth Ward mixed-use project will be outfitted with a staircase and mezzanine.

Under Brock’s direction as executive chef, Minero will serve up ” casual Mexican” street food like tacos on house-made tortillas.

Minero PCM should open summer 2015, according to the restaurant’s website.

Neighborhood Dining Group owns and operates McCrady’s, Husk Restaurant, Chicago’s Steak and Seafood, No. 5 Faber, and Minero.
