Plans Tuesday were filed with the City of Atlanta to build out a Ferrari Store in Buckhead’s Lenox Square, at 3393 Peachtree, in space formerly home to Tesla. The Ferrari Store will open adjacent to Neiman Marcus and across the hall from a soon-to-open Gucci store, according to the mall’s site plan.

Los Angeles-based Valerio Architects filed the plans outlining less than $30,000 of interior demo work for the “upcoming retail tenant.” The filing “includes removal of interior non-bearing partition walls, storefront (interior mall), finishes, and furniture.”
Lenox Square already has the Ferrari Store listed on its website as “coming soon,” although a timeline is not specified.
“One of the places that most authentically expresses the Maranello House’s spirit and values of innovation, style, and performance: the Ferrari store is located in an exciting and welcoming space that revisits the aesthetic codes of the brand and the characteristics of its vehicles in a unique way, and offers visitors an engaging experience,” a landing page for the retailer on the mall’s website states. “Distinguished by its contemporary design and comfortable atmosphere, the store in Atlanta is the ideal showcase for apparel and accessories from the new Ferrari fashion collections under the creative direction of Rocco Iannone, where timeless heritage and a glance into the future meet. A wide selection of merchandising and other licensed products are also on display here.”
Unlike Tesla which used the space as a showroom for its vehicles, it’s unlikely the Ferrari Store will showcase anything other than apparel and accessories. Tesla closed its Lenox Square doors in 2019 along with a wave of closures of its retail stores.
