,managing partner at Alder Properties, LLC., has plans to bring a Planet Fitness to Greenbriar Mall. DeMartinis Jr. owns and operates ten locations of the gymnasium, eight of which are in the greater metro Atlanta area.
A building permit application this week was filed for the new Planet Fitness.
Planet Fitness will occupy a 20,000-square-foot space in the Parcel E lot next to the mall, at 2841 Greenbriar Parkway SW. Construction will cost an estimated $1,400,000.
Expected to open in February 2016, “the club is barely in the works,” Planet Fitness corporate posted in response to a comment about the forthcoming location on its Facebook page mid-August.
Founded in 1992, Planet Fitness has 1000 locations and “markets itself as a ‘Judgement Free Zone’ that caters to novice and casual gym users,” according to the company’s Wikipedia page.
DeMartinis Jr. was not immediately available for comment.

Hopefully, your facility at Greenbriar will have a swimming pool.

The pool and sauna would be NICE, but for $10,00 a month, don’t look forward to it. I wouldn’t mind paying more if I could have those extras!!!
I see advertisements about Planet Fitness 10.00 a month please partner with Fulton County Governement and or Georgia Department of Public Health to offer employees a healthier life through their employers. I am really looking forward to it opening do you have any updates to offer future patrons?

When will it open. Its now July and February 2016 has come and gone. The coming soon sign has been posted on HWY 285 going north since October 2015.

I have cancelled my membership with Workout Anytime because I thought I would be at PF Greenbriar. It is July and i am still waiting and no Gym yet…Please let me know how much longer.
