Roughly 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurants topped by residential units make up the Aria Village development, a master-planned community by Ashton Woods.
“The Alastair is our first development in Atlanta – it is an exceptional residential building that offers a design-centric living space and connects residents to life around them,” said StreetLights CEO, Doug Chesnut in a press release.
“Sandy Springs is anticipating continued growth with the relocation of the Mercedes-Benz USA headquarters, and the new construction of the State Farm project. “
“Our new community caters to this already growing employee base along with other residents who want an active urban lifestyle in a suburban setting,” Chestnut adds.
Now leasing, The Alastair offers a comprehensive amenity package including a pool deck, co-working spaces, dog wash, and a two-story fitness facility.
Residents can also enjoy a hike in the new Aria trails or take in the views of the surrounding flora and fauna.
With options of one-, two- or three-bedrooms ranging in size from 701 to 2,068 square feet, modern interiors with granite countertops, island seating, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including gas ranges come standard.
Select residences will include screened-in porches and side yards with stoop entries.
“The combination of their world class interior and exterior design, along with an integrated approach to creating a sustainable neighborhood retail presence will add an exciting component to the living experience at Aria,” said Mike Busher, Ashton Woods Division President, Land.
StreetLights developed the project with SLR Construction LLC as the general contractor. Architecture for Aria Village was designed by Looney Ricks Kiss with landscape design by TBG Partners. Interiors were completed by Ink + Oro.
