Pete’s Paleo To Open First East Coast Outpost In Atlanta

Owner Pete Servold is a classically trained chef by Le Codon Bleu.

Pete’s Paleo, an expanding mail-order paleo dining service, is coming to Atlanta with it’s second location. The “clean eating” concept has an outpost in San Diego.

Co-owners and husband and wife team Pete and are originally from Atlanta, Peter Kruskamp, who represented the Shumacher Group in leasing the forthcoming Pete’s Paleo space, told What Now Atlanta in an email.

“I just completed a deal for Pete’s Paleo, a mail order Paleo food concept, out of California,” Kruskamp confirmed.

The kitchen will be located in Old Fourth Ward, at 655 Highland Ave NE, in the same building that houses Highland Bakery, an Elite 100according to a business license permit filed with City of Atlanta.

The Servolds published Paleo By Season, a cookbook that demonstrates taking advantage of seasonal ingredients from a cuisine angle.
