The permit filing with the City of Atlanta noted that Ozyurteri would like to change the listed zoning for Lulu Pizza. If approved, B.E. Miller General Construction Company is listed for the build-out.

Based on Google images, the proposed restaurant site is in a developing neighborhood in the Mechanicsville area.

Details about the menu and concept for Lulu Pizza are not yet disclosed due to the early phase of the project. The specific timeline for completion remains unclear.

There is currently no other major eatery in the area. The proposed restaurant would be across the street from multi-family housing.
