Branch Properties, a private real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and development of grocery-anchored shopping centers, will host the official grand opening for the new Perimeter Marketplace shopping center in Dunwoody on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from noon to 2 p.m., the company this week announced.
The event, open to the public, will celebrate the opening of the 68,077 square-foot shopping center situated on the corner of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Meadow Lane Road, which will serve the residents of Dunwoody and the surrounding neighborhoods. Attendees can enjoy food, family friendly activities, live music and giveaways.
The event will feature a tenant showcase for guests to meet the retailers, restaurants and service providers that have opened at the development. Each participating tenant will have a table offering free food, vouchers, giveaways and more. Participating tenants include, but are not limited to Chopt, Panda Express, SuperChix, Batteries and Bulbs, and Restore Hyper Wellness. Anchor Publix will also have its mascot, Plato the Publixaurus, in attendance to greet guests.
Live music from local trio Lilac Wine, known for performing covers of popular songs from the past 50 years with the blends of traditional folk, bluegrass and jazz music, will round out the festivities which will kick off at noon with remarks from Branch Partner Brett Horowitz.
