Shaunya Noble is opening Pastaholics out of a ghost kitchen starting next week, delivering “carbohydrate happiness,” a company spokesperson Tuesday told What Now Atlanta. The fast-casual, delivery-only restaurant will serve made-from-scratch pasta, sauces, and toppings. It will operate out of the Cloud Kitchens facility, at 800 Forrest St. NW — and as with other restaurants like it, it’s literally just a kitchen.

“The term ‘Pastaholic’ indicates a person having an abnormal desire for or dependence on pasta,” the company writes of its name on its website. Pastaholics will open for delivery to the public beginning Monday, December 14 via the usual avenues: Black and Mobile, DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats, and hometown favorite Zifty.
“Each meal is carefully crafted to order specifications,” the spokesperson said. “It is as simple as picking a pasta and then a sauce.” All dishes are served with garlic bread and are priced from $8 to $10. Side salads are also available and desserts like tiramisu and ricotta cheesecake round out the menu, shown below.
[Disclosure: Zifty is one of What Now Atlanta’s Preferred Partners.]
