The new restaurants, Bok You ATL and SabaRaba, will both operate out of converted 200-square foot shipping containers, perfect for those looking for a quick-yet-delectable bite to eat.
Bok You ATL is a Korean fried chicken, with a twist, concept by Ken Yu and Seven Chan from KSP Restaurant Group. The duo began their culinary adventures in 2016 with flagship brands Poke Burri and Lifting Noodles Ramen. Since then, KSP Restaurant Group has become one of the highest rated, most award-winning restaurant groups in Atlanta, and currently operates nearly 30 restaurant locations across the country.
Chan says the two have been working on the Bok You ATL restaurant, menu and plan for over a year now. And despite its tiny shipping container setup, they already consider it a member of the KSP family.
Bok You ATL will offer Korean fried chicken, chicken tenders, and a Korean fried chicken sandwich. Sides include seasoned Korean fries, kimchi cheese corn, cornbread, and it will also include an extensive secret menu that the duo is known and loved for. The restaurant will run Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM and include on-site ordering, online ordering, delivery, and catering options.
Bok You ATL’s opening date is expected to be toward the end of November, but it has not yet been finalized.
“We love the space,” Chan said in a statement to What Now Atlanta. “This is the first time we’ve built a restaurant in a shipping container. It’s kinda fun, cool and weird and different from anything else in the area which is exactly who we are as Bok You, the brand, and KSP Restaurant Group.”

SabaRaba is a Mediterranean street food concept from Udi Hershkovitz. Hershkovitz has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry and is the co-founder of Marrakesh Mediterranean Kitchen at Ponce City Market and Fuego Mundo in Sandy Springs.
The menu will offer genuine flavors of Hershkovitz’s home country, Israel, and include falafel, shawarma, hummus, Sabich, and Israeli Shuk Salad. The restaurant will be open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM and include a grab-and-go kiosk, on-site ordering, and pick-up windows.
