Oy! Vinings – which stands for Overindulgent Yumminess – was listed for sale in January of this year after being open for seven months at 2355 Cumberland Parkway.

Owner Adam Jaffe has announced in a statement this week that the breakfast, brunch and lunch concept officially now has a new owner.

The divorce lawyer turned restauranteur and his wife have made the decision to exit the restaurant business in order to focus their time and attention on their baby girl, who is due in July.

The owner wants loyal customers to rest assured that all of their favorite dishes will still be served up at the eatery: “don’t fret – Mama Sherry’s fabulous French Toast Casserole, Challah and Egg Souffle, Cookies, Peanut Butter Squares, and all your other favorites will continue on for you to enjoy!”
