The quick-service restaurant of ‘all-organic’ eats is coming to Old Ivy Village.
Restauranteur Thomas R. Doty has plans to launch Real Subs Cafe, a quick-service sandwich shop that serves “all-organic, made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, and salads,” in Smyrna.
The restaurant will take suite 300, at 4340 East-West Connector, in the Old Ivy Village shopping center, according to Real Subs Cafe’s Facebook page. Old Ivy is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.

Real Subs Cafe is a new “fast serve” restaurant that serves healthy, all-organic, made-to-order sub sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Sourced from local providers, we use only the best organic produce, deli meats, cheeses, and condiments. Our meats and cheeses are sliced fresh, and our bread is baked fresh daily.
Our deep social commitment is to provide a healthy alternative to the communities and families we serve. For parents on the go, there is a better alternative… No more will you have to feel guilty about serving your children unhealthy “fast-food” – our wide assortment of subs and wraps provide something for everyone.
For those that think eating healthy is difficult and expensive… think again! We have a wide variety of healthy and tasty subs and wraps that fit nearly every budget. Our weekly promotions and online coupons make healthy eating affordable. If you can afford to eat at those other “fast-food” joints, you can afford to eat at Real Subs Cafe.
