Blaiss Nowak is pleased to announce the opening of Nowak’s second restaurant located in Sandy Springs at the northwest corner of Roswell Road and Abernathy. The address is 6690 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30328.

The dining room features an upscale renovation. Patrons can enjoy cocktails beginning at 4 p.m. and dinner starting at 5 p.m. The restaurant is open for dinner Monday through Saturday. The u-shaped bar accommodates 30 guests who will enjoy cocktails and dinner. The wine and spirits list includes everyone’s favorites. A private dining room is available upon request.

Nowak’s stands out featuring 8 different cuts of steak. Diners also have a wide selection of fresh seafood, and seafood towers consisting of Maine lobster, jumbo lump crabmeat, Gulf shrimp and fresh oysters on the half shell. Stone crabs and soft shells are seasonal. Patrons can visit the Oyster Bar while enjoying a variety of oysters. Other entrees include pastas, chicken and fish as well as soups, entree salads and burgers.

Nowak’s was first introduced to Sandy Springs residents in August of last year at Taste of Atlanta’s, Food That Rocks. Mr. Nowak, is a resident of Sandy Springs and is a 1995 graduate of Riverwood High School. He attended the University of Nevada in Las Vegas where he majored in Culinary and Restaurant Management. Blaiss grew up in the restaurant and service industry with his father Hal in his famed Buckhead institution, Hal’s. Blaiss looks forward to providing quality food and service to the community where he was raised.
