The restaurant, called Ruscello, will feature “Mediterranean and Italian-inspired cuisine,” according to one of several Craigslist Atlanta advertisements posted late Wednesday with information about available hourly positions.

“The menu is bold in flavor, focusing on great appetizers, salads, sandwiches, brick-oven pizzas, pastas, entrées and housemade desserts,” according to one of the listings.

“Guests can choose to sit in the dining room or enjoy a drink and food offering in the bar area.”

Ruscello is slated to open mid-October, the manager said.

  1. From the back of the house perspective, I found it to be a LOT of BS for a $13 bowl of pasta. They like to micro-manage by intimidation. There’s NOTHING on this menu worth eating.

  2. We used to there once everyweek before the renovation. We enjoyed the casual atmosphere, semi-self serve style. Unfortunatly, they changed it completely to a full dining style with server, the meal I had was soooooo small I couldn’t believe it and was very disappointed at the same time. Would I go back again? Ummmm may be once a year and this is definitely not my favorite place to go anymore.
