Noodoh Fusion Cuisine filed a building permit application with the Department of City Planning for a restaurant space at 126 Renaissance Parkway NE, home of DEZHU US’s luxury living community, 126 Renaissance.

According to the application, Noodoh estimates the cost of construction on the 3,5000 square-foot site to be around $150,000. The application did not indicate the kinds of renovations being made.

DEZHU US is a real estate development company based in Atlanta. Founded in 2013, the company’s diverse portfolio includes condominiums, townhomes, single-family houses, apartments, and hotels. According to the company’s website, “126 Renaissance is developed with modern architectural style, avant-garde design and exquisite furnishings.” Some amenities include a fitness center, yoga room, dog spa, club room, and, of course, Noodoh Fusion Cuisine.

126 Renaissance is located within walking distance to Renaissance Dog Park, Central park, and Emory University Hospital, as well as eateries like Krab Queenz, VODS Lounge and Bistro, and Herban Fix.
