A large beauty retailer is coming to Austell.
Ulta Beauty is planned for the Heritage Hills Shopping Center at 1330 East-West Connector in suite 411, according to construction documents. The store is expected to be more than 9,100 square feet, a typical size for an Ulta Beauty store.
At almost 1,400 locations across the U.S., Ulta Beauty is the largest beauty retailer in the country. There are more than 40 Ulta Beauty stores in Georgia, offering cosmetics, skin care products, hair products, fragrances and salon services.
Marietta-based real estate investment company Garner Group is the team behind Heritage Hills. According to a site plan, Ulta Beauty would be located next to Five Below. Other tenants at the shopping center include Home Depot, Floor & Decor, Food Depot and Eggs Up Grill.
Construction bids on the upcoming Ulta Beauty store will be accepted until March 12, 2025.
As previously reported by What Now Atlanta, Ulta Beauty is also planned for a shopping center in Calhoun called Indian Hills.
