A self-pour taproom serving beer, wine and more is brewing in Chamblee.
Brews & Hops Taproom is planned for a space on Peachtree Boulevard. It will feature a wide selection of craft beer and wine to give visitors the ultimate self-pour experience, along with bar snacks. Owner Chinmaya Desai told What Now Atlanta that this is his first business – and the first of this concept in the metro Atlanta city.
“Chamblee doesn’t have a taproom that is self-pour,” he said.
Brews & Hops will be located in a ground-floor space at Attiva Peachtree, a senior living community. Other commercial tenants at the building include the Mexican restaurant Oaxaca and GreenPicks Market.
Desai said they hope to open Brews & Hops in February 2025, depending on the permitting and alcohol licensing process.
