Uptown, whose new home is in suite M on the second floor, will be neighbors with The Avenue, a new tapas restaurant and lounge. The Avenue will occupy suite N, Uptown owner Angelo Sykes was able to confirm.
When asked if Uptown’s suite included the balcony space at the property, he responded in the negative, saying, “The balcony area will be a new Tapas Lounge called The Avenue.” According to lease intel, The Avenue is planning to open sometime in November.
The club and lounge are part of a 30,031 square foot retail center that was built in 2007. It is close to the headquarters of Porsche and Delta Airlines, as well as Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and features over 150 parking spaces.
Additional details are scarce. What Now Atlanta has reached out to leasing reps and will have more information as it becomes available.

40 million for twenty year lease lol. Those will be some pricey cocktails
everything is complimentary in centurion lounge, actually pretty excited about it since delta lounges are pretty underwhelming
Can we get an update on this?
