The news of this new concept full-service restaurant in Dunwoody Village was announced last year. Speaking about his new restaurant, Steak & Grace, Mills said that it will be their goal for guests to experience elements of fine dining while still feeling relaxed. “Above all, Steak & Grace is a neighborhood gathering place. We want diners to feel welcome and confident that they can get a high-quality meal and a more diverse selection of dishes than what is generally found at a traditional steakhouse”, he said.

The kitchen at Steak & Grace is going to be led by Executive Chef Conor O’Reilly. The chef has created a menu that stands in contrast to those found in the typical steakhouse.

He has chosen to abandon the more common la carte approach to offer composed plates, which he prefers. Moreover, the menu will not be strictly centered around meat and steaks like in most steakhouses. There will be a variation as lighter options available in the menu.

Dinner menu at the new restaurant will be offering starters and salads, such as Cold water mussels with Spanish chorizo, ancho, white wine herb butter, and toasted bread. Beef tartare made with Dijon vinaigrette, cornichon, bell pepper, yolk emulsion, and grilled sourdough will be another dish offered.

A variety of Entrée, like Bolognese with pappardelle, veal, beef, Italian sausage, San Marzano tomato, and Grana Padano, will be offered. Wagyu New York strip with Yukon gold potato puree, broccolini, and bearnaise and Faroe Island salmon prepared in Hong Kong-style with baby bok choy and winter citrus will be served as well.

To end the delicious meal with a sweet note, desserts like Meyer lemon tart, dark chocolate ganache, and Marcona almond will be served.

Gluten-free, keto and dairy-free options will be available, making the menu diverse and catering to the diner’s dietary needs.

The wine selections at Steak & Grace will differ from the usual steakhouses in being more affordable and less intimidating. An impeccable selection of wines will be featured with several by-the-glass options. Diners can also go for classic cocktails and craft beers to go with their meals.

Steak & Grace will boast a 3,500-square-foot area designed in an open floor plan and a modern look. Lighter hue with ample light coming in through the many windows and fanciful elements will adorn the space. A large patio complete with an outdoor fireplace and an expanded bar will also be among its features. Here too, it will set itself apart from the traditional steakhouses by replacing the dim lighting and moody color palette.

The design of the space goes with the concept of the restaurant by creating a social and casual ambiance, to attract a more vibrant neighborhood crowd. To make the dining experience more enjoyable, upbeat music will be played all throughout the space.

Timings and Reservations At The Restaurant

Steak & Grace will serve dinner from 4 to 9 PM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Friday and Saturday, it will be open from 4 to 10 PM. The restaurant will remain closed on Monday and Tuesday.

The restaurant will also be opening Brunch and lunch services sometime after the opening. Reservation for tables at the restaurant has been opened.

Being owned by a seasoned Restaurateur and helmed by an experienced Chef, Steak & Grace is surely one of the most exciting new restaurants opening in Metro Atlanta. As the latest addition to Atlanta’s Restaurant scene, Steak & Grace is welcoming diners to have a unique culinary experience.
